Join the team at Invictus Health and Fitness as they bring you the new and improved Bootcamp/Ultimate Fitness Challenge.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 6am-7am, this Invictus bootcamp will fast-track your health and fitness goals.

It doesn't cost a lot to reach your health and fitness goals.
Health and fitness goals are more easily achieved with friends, so join up now with a friend.

Bootcamp schedule

Starting Monday 13th April – Saturday 16th May

Mon, Wed and Fri mornings 6am – 7am, including a 90min Saturday session.
Cost of BOOTCAMP is $149 per person (CRAZY CHEAP PRICE!).

Andy Lusi - Director of Invictus Health and Fitness/Personal Trainer

Andy has been working within the health and wellness industry for over 7 years, and compiled an impressive array of qualifications and experience in the process. Andy started as a gym instructor at Beach House Fitness and Sports Nutrition Centre at Highpoint where his passion for the industry led him to excel and sustain qualifications in Boxing and Kettle-bell.

Andy soon became a Strength and Conditioning coach, where he worked under Paul Turk, former Strength and Conditioning coach for the North Melbourne Football Club.

Stephanie Riccardi - Personal Trainer/Nutritionist

Stephanie has previously worked in the Fitness Industry and passionate about health, fitness and well being of others. Her experience and enthusiasm led to enter the world of Personal Trainers after completing Certificates III and IV in Fitness, she also has an Accredited Certificate of Nutrition and currently studying Bachelor of Human Nutrition.

She has a fresh insight into the industry with an updated knowledge of programs and advice to help you reach your goals.
